Placing an order with us means that you have agreed to the following terms and conditions. Lynira Label has an all sales are final policy. Online and In-store. Our strict no refund, no return, no cancellation and no exchanges is on all products. This is a legal agreement when purchasing from us. No exceptions. 

Order Confirmation:

Within minutes of placing your online order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order number and order details such as the style name, color, size, and selected shipping method.

If you do not receive a confirmation email in your inbox, spam, or junk folders, you may have entered an incorrect or misspelled email address during checkout. Please contact us immediately by email so we can update your email address and resend your order details.

Providing an incorrect email address may prevent you from receiving important order updates and tracking information.

Billing/shipping address:

For security purposes, Lynira Label reserves the right to automatically cancel and fully refund any order placed with different billing and shipping addresses.

Shipping times:

All orders are shipped during our business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping info:

UPS is responsible for delivering your package by the estimated delivery date shown in your tracking information.

International Orders: Customs duties and import fees are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. Orders refused or left unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund. Please check with your local customs office for any additional charges before placing your order.

Shipping Policy:

Lynira Label is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, order verification, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.

Lynira Label is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries.

If delivery is missed, the customer is responsible for scheduling a redelivery or pickup directly with UPS. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has shipped, address changes must be handled directly with UPS.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery will require an additional reshipping fee. If you no longer want the item after it is returned to us, a partial refund may be issued. All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sizing Info:

We provide a size chart to help customers select the best size for our styles. If you need additional sizing assistance, please email our customer care team with your bust, waist, hips, height, and weight measurements, and we will gladly recommend the most suitable size for you.

Disclaimers:

When ordering from our website, minor alterations may be needed for the best fit. Customers are responsible for all alteration costs and normal wear and tear.

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography equipment, and screen displays.

For styles made with glitter fabrics or rhinestones, shedding is normal during transit, try-ons, and wear, as the glitter and rhinestones are delicately glued onto the fabric. If this is a concern, we recommend choosing styles made with sequins, satin, or spandex instead.

For made-to-order styles, customers must provide accurate measurements including bra size, waist, hips, and height. If incorrect measurements are submitted, corrections must be provided within 4 days of placing the order to avoid production delays. Minor alterations may still be required and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct style, color, measurements, and processing time when placing an order. Lynira Label is not responsible for customer errors made during checkout.
