What shipping options are available on your site?
We offer free shipping on all orders in the United States (4-7 business days), and also expedited 1-2 day shipping options on our site at an additional cost. We ship worldwide.
Can I rent one of the dresses on your website?
Unfortunately, we DO NOT have any rental service options
 Do you make custom designs that are not on your website?
Unfortunately, we DO NOT make custom designs. We only make the styles on our website custom to your measurements, height, etc.
Do you have any payment plan options?
We DO NOT offer any payment plan options for online orders. Online orders are to be payed in 1 full payment. We have payment plan options for our showroom location customers. 
Do I have to make a appointment to visit the showroom? Do I have to pay to visit the showroom?
Visiting the showroom is free. No appointments needed to visit the showroom. Showroom is open for walk-ins.
What are your showroom hours? 
Thursday to Saturday from 11am - 7pm.

How can I place my order for one of your custom styles in the showroom?
Our custom designs are made when ordered, custom made to the customer’s measurements and height. Therefore, we DO NOT have a premade inventory for our custom styles. Our showroom is to show you the style, fabric, color options doe our collection and to take your measurements. We do offer a payment plan for showroom customers. Deposit is $100 and is deducted from your order. The balance is due on your return visit for your fitting.
If I place a order on the website,  can I pick up in the showroom?
No. All online orders are required to be shipped to the customer. Only items from our Ready to Wear Collection and custom orders placed in our showroom are available for pick up.
Can I try on any styles in the showroom?
Our ready to wear styles are available for try-on and same day pick up. Since our custom made styles are made to each customer’s measurements and require production time, we DO NOT have samples for try-on.
What size should I order?
Since our custom styles are made to your measurements & height, our size chart is only for our ready to wear collection. If you don’t see your size or need help finding your size, you can message us with the following and we’ll be happy to assist you:
  • item you’re interested in
  • bra size
  • jean size
  • height and weight
I’m planning on visiting the showroom for an item from your Ready to Wear Collection. Can you hold it for me?
We’re not able to place any holds on items since our inventory always changing. You can contact us regarding an item you’re interested in to make sure it’s in stock, or check our website, as our online inventory is up to date.
Is there a way to contact you with questions I have? When will I receive a response?
You may contact us with any questions/concerns via email. Our Custom Service Representatives responds to the messages during our business hours THURSDAY TO SATURDAY 11AM-7PM. Messages are answered in the same order their received.
