We do NOT offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. If you need assistance selecting your correct size, please contact us.

When ordering custom, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected. Please note all styles include checkboxes that you the customer must agree to before adding any item(s) to your cart, including that you are aware of our Final Sale Policy, have reviewed your selection(s), and are aware of the processing/production time as well as the shipping time for your order. We provide a size chart to better assist customers with choosing their correct size.

Orders that are failed to be delivered, and have not had an arranged a redelivery or pick up at the customer's local post office, will be sent back to Lynira Label. Upon receiving your order back, you have up to 7 days to let us know if you would like your order reshipped at an additional reshipping cost, or if you no longer want the item(s), you will receive a partial refund. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with store tags and in original condition. To accommodate costs of processing your order, all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Upon returning any item(s), customer's must provide us with the tracking number for the package, in case it may get lost in transit back to Lynira Label.
U.S ORDERS
Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days, Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
We use USPS as our shipping carrier. Once a package is dropped off at a post office by us and scanned by a USPS employee, your package is on its way and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking number for proof. Once a package is in transit and you have any questions or concerns please contact USPS.

 USPS is the shipping carrier responsible for delivering a package by estimated scheduled date/time given by your USPS tracking number. If USPS tried to deliver your package and you were not at the given address, you are responsible to reschedule a redelivery with USPS or you may pick up at your local post office. Lynira Label is not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, order verification or incorrect shipping addresses. Lynira Label is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
