Our final sale policy is clearly stated on each product page, with required checkboxes that the customer must agree to before adding any item(s) to shopping cart. Therefore, you are aware of our Final Sale Policy before purchasing and must have reviewed your selection(s) of processing/production time as well as the shipping time for your order.
We provide a size chart to better assist customers with choosing their correct size for our in-stock styles, but if you need assistance with selecting your correct size, please email us before ordering. Our size specialist will need your bra size, jeans size, height & weight to determine your best fit.
When ordering a made-to-order style, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected. Lynira Label is not liable to cover any alterations charges. Customers are responsible for any alterations.

USPS is the shipping carrier responsible for delivering a package by the estimated time and date given by your USPS tracking number.
Once your package has left LYNIRA LABEL, your package is on transit to you and you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update your tracking number. Once a package is in transit, if you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping please contact USPS.

Lynira Label is not liable for any shipping delays due to the COVID pandemic, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, USPS delays, order verification or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.
Lynira Label is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Signature for all packages are required.
If USPS tried to deliver your package and you were not at the given address, you are responsible to reschedule a redelivery with USPS or responsible to pick up at your local post office.
Providing an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address is one of the leading causes of shipping delays. Upon ordering, please ensure all delivery information is complete and accurate to ensure successful delivery. If you inserted the shipping address incomplete/incorrect, please contact us via email to correct this before the order has shipped out. Once an order is in transit, Lynira Label can no longer correct the address, therefore please contact USPS to correct your shipping address.
If an order is returned back to us due to insufficient/incorrect address or unclaimed, you will be responsible for reshipment. Once package is returned due to failed delivery, you will be contacted for reshipping fee payment.
Upon receiving your order back, you have up to 4 days to let us know if you would like your order reshipped at an additional reshipping cost, or if you no longer want the item(s), you will receive a partial refund. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with store tags and in original condition.
To accommodate costs of processing your order, all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
International orders are shipped with USPS and are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees.
These funds are not paid to Lynira Label nor are they set by Lynira Label rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.
Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
Once package has arrived in the receiving country, if you do not claim your package and/or refuse to pay the country’s import fees, taxes and or brokerage fees; package will remain in the possession of the shipping carrier.
