Shipping

Please Note: We are a custom made boutique. We do not have a premade inventory. All items are made when ordered, one by one, custom to measurements, height, color and style request. Therefore; all items take 1-2 weeks to complete before shipping. Same policy goes for our showroom location.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number to the email address and phone number you provided. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

WE REQUIRE SIGNATURE FOR ALL PACKAGES TO ENSURE PACKAGE WAS RECEIVED.

U.S ORDERS
We use USPS as our shipping service. Once a package is dropped off at post office by us and scanned by a USPS employee, your package is on its way and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking number for proof. Once package is in transit and you have any questions or concerns please contact USPS. Lynira Label is not the shipping company delivering the package, USPS is the shipping company responsible of delivering the package.  
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We use USPS as our shipping service. We have 2 shipping options available at check out for customer to choose the time they'll like the package delivered by. LYNIRA LABEL is not responsible for refunding cost for lost or stolen, confiscated (customs for international orders) for uninsured packages. 
IMPORTANT: Please make sure the address is correct. All orders are shipped to the shipping address entered at check out, unless communicated otherwise! LYNIRA LABEL will not be responsible for packages not received due to inaccurate shipping address.
