Q: AFTER PROCESSING TIME, HOW LONG IS SHIPPING? 

Within the United States: 

Standard shipping 4-7 days and Express shipping 1-2 days

International Shipping:

Our website will automatically calculate the shipping time and cost, once you insert your address.

 

Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition we're sorry! Please email our team with a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving package. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping a new item out to you in a timely manner. 

 

Q: I HAVE MY OWN DESIGN IDEA. CAN YOU RECREATE A CUSTOM DESIGN THAT IS NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Unfortunately, we DO NOT make custom designs and we do not offer seamstress services. Check out our Made To Order collections, these styles are made from scratch to your body measurements and height. 

 

Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS?

We DO NOT offer any payment plan options. Online orders are to be processed in 1 full payment.  

 

Q: IF I PLACE A ONLINE ORDER, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN YOUR STORE ? 

No. All online orders are required to be shipped directly to the customer via USPS. Our NYC storefront location is temporarily closed due to COVID.

 

Q: I’M NOT SURE WHAT SIZE TO ORDER, CAN YOU HELP WITH SIZING?  

Yes! Email our size specialist with the following info and we’ll be happy to assist you with the best size:

  • product/style name 
  • your bra size
  • your jean size
  • height and weight

 

Q: WHAT’S YOUR RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY? 

All sales are final. No exchanges, no returns, no store credit, no refunds and no cancellations.
