Our final sale policy is clearly stated on each product page, with required checkboxes that you the customer must agree to before adding any item(s) to your cart. Therefore, you are aware of our Final Sale Policy before purchasing and must have reviewed your selection(s), and are aware of the processing/production time as well as the shipping time for your order. We provide a size chart to better assist customers with choosing their correct size for our in-stock styles, but if you need assistance with selecting your correct size, please email us before ordering.
When ordering a made-to-order style, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected. Lynira Label is not liable to cover any alterations charges. Customers are responsible for any alterations.

Lynira Label uses USPS as the shipping carrier responsible of delivering your order. Once a package has left our office and is scanned by an USPS employee, your package is on transit to you and you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for an USPS employee to update the tracking number. Once a package is on transit and you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping please contact USPS.

USPS is the shipping carrier responsible for delivering a package by estimated scheduled date/time given by your USPS tracking number. If USPS tried to deliver your package and you were not at the given address, you are responsible to reschedule a redelivery with USPS or responsible to pick up at your local post office. Lynira Label is not liable for any shipping delays due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, USPS delays, order verification or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses. Lynira Label is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and to ensure you'll receive your package, tracking number and signature is required.
Your order will be sent to the shipping address as inserted and provided to us by you when order was placed. Providing an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address is one of the leading causes of shipping delays. Upon ordering, please ensure all delivery information is complete and accurate to ensure successful delivery. If you inserted the shipping address incomplete/incorrect, please contact us via email to correct this before order has shipped out. Once order is in transit, Lynira Label can no longer correct the address, therefore please contact USPS to correct your shipping address.
If an order is returned back to us due to insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment. Once package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you for the correct address to reship back to you at a additional charge of $10. Upon receiving your order back, you have up to 7 days to let us know if you would like your order reshipped at an additional reshipping cost, or if you no longer want the item(s), you will receive a partial refund. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with store tags and in original condition. To accommodate costs of processing your order, all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
